Not so great with questions or the RMD section.

I have been using this product for years and rely on it for accuracy, but there is something very goofy about your section on the RMD. I always pull more money out of my 401whatever than is required and you show me owing additional money. And that is not right, so I just say No and 0,0,0 to every question to make it work right.
Also, I hate your AI. It is totally useless. What happened to being able to pick up the phone and talk to a real human being?
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I had some difficulty with the minimum distribution section. Instructions were not very clear.
IRS is still processing after 5 weeks. I received a letter req uiring me to verify my identity, which I did. But still waiting for processing. Not sure if program errors are adding to delay. I have used this product for several years without any issues.

HR Block e-file issues

This was the first time using HR Block. It took me awhile to understand the differences from the other tax prep program. The most problematic issue is with e-filing The IRS e-file did ok, but your program would NOT allow me to e-file my state return due to Virginia's adjustment to my income because it is Military Retie Pay, This has never been an issue with the other tax preparation software. HR Block should rectify this issue.
I would recommend this to a friend!

For the last 7 years this program worked with my Win7 with no problems. This year, only with Win 10+. I had no warning and I am on auto enroll. Had to a friend's computer. I think that writing software to be backward compatible just shouldn't be that hard. Otherwise, program worked perfect for me.
