Impressive software for Crypto, Gig Economy Work

Impressive software that includes the necessary forms, worth the time to complete, especially for Crypto, Investments, and Gig Economy Work, as this was my first time using this software package to complete my taxes in over a decade, I was at first reticent to enter all the information, and was nervous when it didn't compute my EITC, however after entering all the information for both Federal, and State, I was delighted to see the net taxes owed was a lot lower than expected, I was especially excited to see the confirmation when my returns were accepted by both the IRS, as well as my State Tax Agency. I also liked that I can continue to use the software for up to four more filings, and while I was disappointed in the state filing fee after paying for the software already, I was nonetheless relieved at the amount of taxes I owed being computed correctly, and I appreciated that the software was updateable for the new tax code, and can continue to be updated throughout the life of the software. This review is conflicted however, as at times when I expected the software to kick in with its AI Assistant features, like for my Crypto, I was disappointed to find that the basis, and values, had to be entered manually, even after getting the information from intuit, or the regulated exchange documents. However, the tips, and hints, made it a more easily compiled experience, but compared to other tax software, where you can enter everything using your phone, this desktop version, is strictly for professionals, or as competent as. Overall, if you have experience with tax software using the PC, or have been doing your taxes manually, then this is the software for you. However, if your not as experienced at taxes, or didn't really grow up doing them yourself, then you may quickly find yourself lost in the minutiae of the tax filing process.

Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
