If you have two 1098s becuase you refinanced your mortgage, there is no way to enter this properly to avoid "doubling up" your mortgage interests. This should have been addressed many many years ago and it's amazingn how software developers are dragging their feet to fix sucha simple issue.
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare

I was able to follow the step by step instructions, often using the “learn more” prompt. I also visited the IRS webpage for addition info. I really appreciate having info from last year’s return transferred to this year’s. It saves lots of time and effort.

Found out that the foreign tax credit was not automatic and that I had missed getting credit for three years. The process to fill out the form for credit was confusing and not appropriate to the average user. Since this came about from an international mutual fund, where many people invest, I found this portion lacking.
Pros: Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund
