I have been using H and R block for 30 years. I will never use it again. So many glitches the last few years but this year was the worst. Can’t trust it. Keeps shutting down when editing a field and having to start over from the beginning. So frustrating I will be trying TurboTax next year. So take me off your customer list.

Improvements needed

Although fairly easy to use, the instructions still need to be easier to follow for those of us who are not tax specialists or accountants.
Mailing instructions need to be clearer. IE, state "If this form was sent electronically, it does not need to be mailed".
Borders for printing need to be improved. Many forms overlapped or ran together with another form. Also, it would be nice to have at the top of each form if it is FEDERAL or STATE.
Pros: Easy to import documents, Fast
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare
