My family and I have been using your product for approximately 10+ years. Only thing that needs changed is the ability to change the size of the text. The text is way too small to read on a consistent basis while doing the interviews.

I am unhappy with this years product. It seemed more difficult to use. There was an issue efiling fed a state together. The software filed the stare several times I’m not sure I’ll be an HRB customer next year.

The software worked well once all the Update downloaded. I needed the help of you tech folks to get the software downloaded correctly. Not sure it was your issue or mine but it got done. You techies are great.
