After over 20 years of using this software (I used Kiplinger before it was bought out by Block), THIS IS THE LAST YEAR I WILL BE USING IT...
1) the program appears to have a bug for anyone old enough to deal with Required Minimum Distributions from an IRA. If you fill in the amount actually distributed, it automatically uses that amount as an abnormal distribution and includes a penalty in the calculations.
2) it is now February 25th and as I get ready to file, it says it can't e-file because a form is still a "draft" and needs to be updated ! Form 4562 for depreciation -rental property- isn't the final version yet!

Lower rating this year...tired of the additional fees. I buy the software, then I have to buy state software (because I have to file in multiple states). And then I have to pay again to file each state software because that is also not included with the purchase. Starting to feel like I should l look to other programs.
