It is a great product. The one thing you should look into is being able to run taxes using different filing status. For example, I filed married jointly. To see if that was wise, I had to do a separate go through to see what it would be if both each and my wife filed jointly. There should be a button up top that lets you look at what the taxes would be for joint, individual, head of household.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

I had been using Turbo Tax. This year's version felt different. I found some operations difficult. For example, I couldn't find a particular entry place. It was there but off the screen and could be found by scrolling down (accidentally). I bought your program, and it was very logical. Your program was "clean" and simple. I found everything I needed while the package was complete.

correcting an input file

I have been using your software for over 10 years and have been satisfied with it. However, this year's version has been nothing but frustrating because of its lack of flexibility. I initially made an input error regarding a zip code and did not notice. when finalizing the return and error message regarding the fact the zip code needed 5 digits. I corrected the error on the W-2. the software is in a cycle that does not recognize the correction preventing me to. e-file the return.
