I was double charged for the state e file. I paid and when I submitted it said must complete update first and then it brought me back to the page to pay and now I have a double charge on my card

Only problem was a unnecessarily rejection (2 times) for a correctly mark entry along with 2 additional state submission fee. Also explanation contains graphic characters that made reason hard to understand.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming
