Have used your program for years never an issue and ease of use is awesome but this year the code to be able to efile returns was a nightmare. Hopefully you get that issue fixed. It was such an issue it would actually cause me to switch

Not sure if was tax code changes or what but the 2025 edition was much clumsier to use than the 24 or 23 editions. Navigating from topic to topic was sketchy at times as was the software sending you a section you'd filled out before. I bought Block software the past two years despite having a free offer to use Turbo-Tax via a financial house. Don't blow it for next year!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I can’t do one of my returns because you do not support Merrill Lynch automatic importing of my 1099-B. I have been a user of this software since it was called Kiplingers. I have thousands of transactions to import. Merrill gave you 9 months of notice of their protocols. It is now useless to me. Going to TurboTax.
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Try to get an early start on my return. File my Fed and State e-file. Paid my filing fee for state. Fed rejected my return. found out that we had an unexpected 1099 R that came in Feb. File again and had to pay for state filing again.
