The program seemed to have glitches and although it ultimately uploaded and worked, it wasn’t easy. It changed the resolution on the screen and it was very hard to operate. I’ve used H&R Block software for many years and never experienced these problems. I don’t understand why this happened.

Lousy I was rejected and then a few days later you said my return was accepted so I had to print and send in because I can't trust you. My adjusted gross income was put in from last year filing and my pin I have written down and they both were correct but was told not.

Both my 2024 and 2025 H&R Block software allegedly included state as well as federal returns, However, both years failed to load the state software automatically. I had to call support for assistance.
Cons: Hard to import documents
