Have used for many years. As always easy to use and very through. Unfortunately did not have Publication 915 Worksheets for SSA Lump-Sum Election.
Pros: Easy to prepare

We have been using this software for about 10 years. It makes doing your own taxes easy and straightforward. If there are any confusing parts it provides information and details for each section. The accuracy check is pretty useful as well.

I bought this about three week ago happy with the federal part but not the state. I have the State of Illinois and it was rejected and every time I corrected the error to e file again I was charge each time. And it said I wouldn't be charge until the state accepted it but that not what happened. I was charge three time to e file my state

Fairly easy to use. Added forms automatically that I did not need. Made me think I was going to get a big return when I ended up owing. Also, billed me twice to e-file.

The software was easy to use, guided me through all the steps with the exception of e filing. My federal and state returns kept being rejected. Reason given was password and/or the AGI
I reviewed and since my husband and I filed jointly it asked for a password for both names. It never distinguished that it should be the same password. I corrected this eventually with research on my own but still got rejected. I checked our AGI and it was correct. I finally gave up and simply mailed the forms to both federal and state. I will use this program again next year most likely. As we have recently retired this was our first attempt at doing our taxes without a preparer.
