Information was not able to be imported over from what was completed online, accounts did not link up. Refund amounts were lower than what was given to me when completing free online software but upgrade was needed due to Savers Credit that I was not allowed to file without having.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare

Been using the program for years. Used TurboTax a few times when Block wasn't available, always had trouble with it, and swear it misses deductions. Block seems the most thorough.

The final check is somewhat confusing. It keeps taking you back to items that don't have to be completed after you check for errors. It becomes hard to finish the interview and file the forms.
