This was my first year to do a tax return involving the Required Minimum Distribution (RMD) from my IRA. I was able to complete the necessary entries as well as including the Qualified Charitable Distribution. I found that even though the software put the entries into the correct places on the final return, it was difficult to go back and find the information. The software needs to include an easier way to find the worksheet/page for RMDs. It took me quite a while to locate the information to verify my entries.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Hard to prepare
I would recommend this to a friend!

There are several forms mentioned but how to fill them out remains vague to no information.
The search feature is great, helped find items I was searching for (forms).
Pretty good software but when you can get a thorough answer regarding particular forms - it leaves us feeling uneasy - will be owe the IRS for something we are sure we filled in correctly?

I use it every year, but I wish it were more in plain English. The wording on RMDs was particularly confusing, and I'm a former H&R tax preparer.
