I actually prefer TurboTax but when the raised the price of their Basic version, I switched to H&R Block Deluxe. I find the navigation around the system confusing and non-obvious. I'm only giving it 3 Stars because I would give TurboTax only 1 Star based on price alone.

easy to use - accurate and imports forms seamlessly. Have been using it for over 10 years. The only issue I have is getting a copy of the return from several years ago to load thru the program - the older programs keep wanting to up date before they will open the filed copy
