Importing data from my W-2 didn't transfer over the employer ID#. It wreaked havoc on my return by not recognizing the health insurance deductions (until the employer ID was updated. Thank goodness this omission was found in the error check, or it would have been a 1 star.
Cons: Hard to import documents

It would be Bart helpful if H &R Would pull pull over last years numbers, as you fill out current data would make it easier to compare and review data and accuracy between each year.
