I've used this software for a number of years but this year I had an RMD which I was putting directly into a charitable donation and the software was unclear on what needed to be done - had to speak to an accountant friend on how to answer. Depending on which way a question was answered I either owed considerable tax or not. I think the software needs to work on this.

Very helpful if one does return in fits and starts as data rolls in because you have to know ASAP. Catches data input errors you swear someone else made. Carries forward accurately stuff you'd rather forget.
