That the current version is not as intuitive as previous versions. And that when you import last year’s info, it is impossible to correct last year’s import even if it is preventing filling because the IRS HAS NOT YET UPLOADED last year’s tax info. The software provides instructions that do not work. Even the help agents cannot solve this.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very good, I prefer this over in browser, plus it costs less. The customer service is very good, I had an issue and the tech that called me really spent a good amount of time and effort to assist me, and we eventually uncovered the issue. This is my second year using it, I plan to download again next year. I'm an accountant but not a tax accountant, so it was pretty easy for me to follow and jump around to the different areas.

Disappointed in the help in determining additional deductions. Seemed the software missed a number of questions to ask the common user of the software. I had to go to a tax profession. Very disappointed.
