I have been an HRBlock royal customer for many years. There are a few defects I have to say: 1. my wife's W2 form address is different from home's (she is working in another state). When we do a join filing, we cannot enter her address but only one and our home address; 2. when I open a tax file (include the previous year's, T19, T20,... using the previous year's software) just for viewing, after I close it, I see the timestamp on the file has been changed ---it should not! I didn't make any change, so it make me nervous. In addition, I am afraid that my tax file is transferred to HRBlock unwillingly.
