Not great. Topics go unexplained, process is not clear, doesn't even print everything when you click print return... On the past it does print, it says before you send this, print this other thing and include it. Just not used friendly at all any more. No meaningful updates in over a decade.

It was very difficult loading program ... A CD would have been much easier as in prior years... Also the printer refused to print return... Do not think I will use this again.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

I've been using H&R Block software for several years and it is easy to use. They do need more state forms though as I had to download a state form and thus could not file electronically. No problem with Federal forms.
Pros: Easy to prepare
