Very good to use year after year since it automatically imports the previous year's info including the interview profile. Makes it very easy to use and if your tax situation changes the program interview questions easily take you to the sections you need.
The state tax return integration is seamless and is completed very easily.
I always file both returns together electronically and the return acceptance usually takes less than a business day and you are kept informed about the status of the submission.
Never have had to use it but the free, with real people to help you in case of an IRS audit, is a very
nice peace-of-mind feature.

I have used H&R Block tax preparation software for years. It is very easy to use, and guides you through your tax return. It brings up questions about deductions that you might overlook. Everything from the federal return transfers over to the state return. The whole process is seamless and efficient. I definitely would recommend using H&R Block tax preparation software to prepare your next tax return!

We had to puzzle over things, and guess on some, because the program wasn't clear. Also, it didn't import last year's information, which is part of the reason we stuck with it.
All in all a frustrating experience.
