I have been a user for years and have never had issues. But this year hasn't been good. I am not able to create a pdf file. I follow the instructions to install "PDF995" but it just comes back with "Installation Failed". I used the chat function on May 2 and was told that someone would get back to me within 5 business days. That didn't happen. I called the support line on May 11. After being on hold for ~45 minutes, someone finally answers. They started by taking my email address in case we got cut off. I explained my situation, the individuals said "hold on a minute", and then the line went dead. No one called back, no one emailed, so I still am not able to print to a pdf. For context, I needed the pdf as I was not able to e-file my state return without. So guess what, I had to print all my forms and send the old fashioned way. So glad I didn't want until the last minute to file!

Have used for over 5 years. Once you complete one year, all previous data is brought forward which eliminates entering certain data every year. Also, very easy to use & from your previous data, provides valuable information for review

The tax program is good however the software have a problem. at the end were i file and send my state taxes and paid the program did a update and charge me twice.

This tax software is easy and convenient. And using it year after year, a lot of basic data is carried forward to the next year, saving you the hassle of re-entering it each year. I’m always apprehensive when I sit down to do my taxes, but the logical, step-by-step process always allays my fears of missing something or getting it wrong. The automatic audit check feature really helps, too. Definitely five stars.
