Very buggy software. . Chat Room personnel are poorly trained. Chat print is so small I needed a magnify glass to read the message. I would never use it again even though I was a customer for years. Very disappointed. VT state software is a joke.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
