The software was pretty good to work with. A few times I had to go back after completing a step to make sure I had it done correctly. Also on the state software, I had some confusion I was not totally able to resolve. I hope I completed my state return accurately. I am disappointed how much the software has escalated in price over the past few years.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming
I would recommend this to a friend!

H&R Block tax software is outstanding. I've been using it consistently for over 10 years! The easy-to-understand instructions enables me to get my taxes done correctly and efficiently. If I'm eligible for a refund, H&R Block tax software let's me know!
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

When there is a problem, forget about getting a fix. I had to print and mail my return so it could be manually fixed.

Liked the way QCDs were handled. Good questions asked during review of return items. Felt very confident about filling return and having it accepted.Good support from program

While this software worked for me, it was a horrible mess for my daughter who lives in AZ!!! Critical forms to give credit for donations to non-profits CASA and Desert Survivors were not included in the H&R software, so using the software was useless for her and a waste of the money that she paid for the State edition!!! She could get a refund, but it was too much hassle to waste time doing it. Shame on your company!!!
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
