This is the second year in a row that the software said that I had already filed electronically when I had not. I'm not sure I'm going to use it again next year.

This has been my go to software for doing my taxes for many years. I was a little concerned about doing it this year since I just retired, but it still was easy to do.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast

It's a familiar option and we've been using it long enough that we're kind of tied into it, but we run into extreme yearly frustrations with obscure directions and navigation, especially when we need to back up to double-check something. Definitely not in love with it, just used to it.

I bought this in late March and did our taxes quickly. It imported last years' information so the initial boring information was already available, so no typing in my name, address, etc. It went very quickly. No issues or difficulties filling it out. It was readily accepted by the IRS and New York State.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents

The software is not compatible with Windows 10. Downloaded it but couldn't download update so it was useless. Tried to transfer it to another computer but the software did not acknowledge my login even though I entered the correct information. Wasted money!

I have been using the software for years. I was very disappointed the past couple of years. When dealing with K-1 entries, all to often it says consult your tax professional. That is what I am anticipating you are supposed to be providing with the software.
