Worked as it always has. Very intuitive. But this time, it seemed confusing during data entry. In the end, it correctly did it's calcs. I would've given a higher rating if it didn't cause the concerns.

Successful e-file but charged twice for state file

H&R Block Deluxe + State made it easy to prepare/file both my federal and state tax returns. My only complaint is when attempting the e-file after collecting my credit card information to pay for state filing, the software abruptly stopped and stated I needed an update to complete the e-file. I did the update and successfully completed the e-file for both, but was charged twice for the state filing. I have reported this double charge to my credit card company, but this needs to be fixed to prevent charging twice in the future!

2020 was the easiest yet. I have used this software to file the taxes of my mother-in-law and my family for several years and have never has any problems downloading, installing, running or electronically filing. See you next year!
