Software is getting buggier and buggier each year. The software update are horrible. 2024 might be my last year using the software. I plan to explore other options for 2025. The last software update caused me to uninstall and reinstall the program on the 11th hour near the end of tax season. I kept getting a message that the install file was corrupt and could not be uncompressed. I cleared all temp file sames issue. Icall support but it was a 4 hour wiat. I just removed and reinstalled
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
