I have been using the H&R Block Deluxe Software for many years now, and it is always easy and friendly user. Process is simple, and even if there is a step during the tax preparation that you do not understand, there are clear concise explanations.

I have been using H&R Block since it was first called Tax Cut. I am a CPA, but tax is not my specialty. I rely on H&R Block software to get the details right and they do.

Software failed with second State download, worked second time, but charged me twice. Failed to submit another State, but charged me three times! No way to contact customer service, thank goodness I have good customer service with my credit card company
