Purchased the PC download with activation code - followed directions but no place to enter code. Had to buy online AGAIN so software could be emailed then downloaded in order to use software. Miss the disc's.

Tax Return Software with just average capabilities. For being a "Deluxe" version, it doesn't really address all situations (e.g. I have a K-1 that requires Form 8990 and TaxCut does not have that form available for navigation. If you have simple return, It should work

Earlier editions were so much easier to use- you could see your work as you progressed though a page. It was really frustrating to me to have to print out every form to review it. Not was used friendly.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

I’ve been using this software for several years to do my and my brother’s taxes and it’s always been a breeze to use. The state return is completed so quickly and easily that I check it a couple of times to make sure I haven’t overlooked something.

Been using the software for years without any problems. Unique situations might require an extra search engine for help but I have always found this easy to navigate. I don't have super complex taxes, but with all the questions and options listed it seems feasible for those who do.

The filling out of the tax return was fine but when I went to email into the feds it would not let me send it because it was telling me that my AGI from last year was wrong. could do nothing but mail it--never use again
