State tax software failed to calculate the correct tax. Value of withholding was 3x of what was calculated on another form resulting in a letter from state tax division and an amount due instead of a refund.

Was not able to complete an amended state return because of a glitch in the software that was never resolved. Ended up having to complete that by hand which defeats the purpose of buying the software.
Cons: Time consuming
