Good product, but the help files do not cover a lot of territory. Help for forms K-1 and K-3 is very confusing, and it does not clearly state how to work with them.

I feel that instead of software Web UI can be more useful and easy to access on multiple devices. In the current trend people use multiple devices. Some of the laptop for my work organization the do not allow us to install any software outside of an organization. So if it is a website then it is much helpful. My friends used freetaxusa and found more easy and cheap. Even I was facing activation issues with it.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

In year past H&R Block worked exceptional for me but this year my Federal form was rejected and I did not receive ANT emails notifying me of such. (H&R block did not transfer in the PIN from previous year) As a result whan no update was received I checked for an update only do discover the rejection and this was AFTER April 15th so my taxes got sent in a day late. Will have to wait and see if there is a penalty from the IRS.
I would recommend this to a friend!
