I've used the Federal Tax software for many years now. Never had any issues with it. Our taxes aren't complex, nevertheless it's great to be able to fulfill our obligation with such ease.

Been using the tool for years. Does nice job. One major PITA is having to pay for the state e-filing. The fee to file a state return is almost as much as the software costs. I do my kids taxes too and this fee adds up quickly. So a few of my kids file on paper. Costing everyone more time and money. Get the state to pay all or most of the filing fee.

My return was very basic, so I did not exactly have to stress test the software to deal with anything complicated. My only complaint would be I wish that we could have an adjustable size font for easier viewing on 4k monitors.
