Easy to use!

I have used this program now for several years. It is easy to use and it comes with an audit guarantee! I will be using it in the future.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

I have been using H&R Block Deluxe Federal and State for 25 years and it has always done a good job. Never any problems
Pros: Easy to prepare

Late with Forms this year

The software worked as expected this year but I could not e-file since there was no updated version of the Social Security Worksheet until Feb. 17th. There have been years when I had my refund by Feb. 17th. This software should have been able to e-file on Jan, 24th when the IRS started accepted returns.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund

The federal program was relatively easy, but many of my financial institutions were not on the import list. The state program was an absolute waste of money. They didn’t have all the state forms. It turned out to be quicker and easier to scrap the H&R program and file directly on my state’s site. The federal program my save you a little time,but definitely skip the state.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

not the same quality program as previous years

i will never use again. it fails in a couple of areas. when it transferred federal information to the state return. it transferred all my wife's income into my name onto my Missouri return.. i will not use again.
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to import documents

Constantly crashed. It took me much longer to complete because I had to re-enter data lost every time it crashed.

I used H&R Block Deluxe tax software for several years and it has worked flawlessly every time. It is the most cost-effective tax preparation software available at this time.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
