Font Too Small

For today's modern larger monitors, the font is too small. Please provide a way to increase the font size without truncation when using HR Block Deluxe Software. This is my only complaint. I will be switching to Turbo Tax if it has a larger font option.

Generally a great program

Overall the program is great. However there were a few confusing situations in dealing with the Dividends, etc. section. Not really clear sometimes when it asked for a number or a yes/no answer. I spent more time going back and forth than I have had to in the past.
Pros: Easy to prepare
I would recommend this to a friend!

Incomplete Instructions

I tried to e-file my return. The IRS rejected it because they said my 2020 AGI did not match my 2020 return even though the software provided the number. After four tries, the IRS accepted my return after I changed my 2020 AGI to zero. The software instructions stated that my return was probably rejected because my spouse's AGI did not match the 2020 number. We always file a joint return so a 2020 AGI number was not available for my spouse.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

Again problem with updating on Mac

I hate to go back to turbo tax . But the program does not update .I have to go manually and update very frustrating page won’t load .the state program I had to contact chat to download.same problem last year .
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents

Very easy walk through, it helps with the 15 page statements I get from Vanguard, never had a problem with the IRS.
Pros: Easy to prepare

Every year you take longer and longer to do the updates. I was not able to efile until late Feb. I will be shopping around for different software next year!

A few problems

Used for years. This year software wouldn’t accept federal updates without restarting Mac. Final review identified problem that wasn’t there and would not allow state efile. Frustrating..

Cons: Time consuming

Terrible software

Bought this BUT H&R Block programmers STILL have not updated everything needed to all the returns I am doing. Waited over a month for the Social Security worksheets to be coded into their software. ALL of these updates were caused by H&R Block, NOT the taxing authorities.
