This year's product was very confusing for some reason. The verbiage for new limits, inclusions, and law changes was not written clearly.

Although I was annoyed that the links Newegg sent me to download your software did not work correctly, I still rate the overall service 5 stars due to the excellent assistance I received in resolving the download issues. Once downloaded and installed, the program also worked smoothly to help me get my returns completed. Electronic filing via the program interface was also easy and smooth.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast

Fraud advertisement: Extra charges for everything

Poor to no help or documentation on many items on standard tax forms.
Highway robbery: after charging extra to get the state return, efiling costs another $20! Claims free eFiling Federal return, then charges $20 for extension!

This program did its job.
The greed comes into play when H&R Block no longer has to manufacture, package, ship & pay brick and mortor stores to aid in selling this product, but has still raised the price in times of hardship to many Americans.
I pray daily that the unconstitutional IRS is removed and "WE THE PEOPLE" are no longer are debt slaves & H&R Block goes out of business.

If I could give it a zero I would. Don't know what happened this year. I have been using this software since 2000 and this year was so far off track I had to use a different software that put my taxes on track.
