The interview format is genius but there are a lot of clunky problems and bugs.
Every now and then there's an interview question that's a headscratcher, and the help is either absent or unhelpful.
Itemized lists are kind of broken https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7U6FBeRFnU4 and VERY easy to confuse - instead of having to NAME the lists, each list should simply be permanently tied to a single field. When you return to that field, opening the itemized list shouldn't lead you to a "which list do you want to open" dialog -- there should be no doubt as to which list is relevant.

I've used this software for many yrs & it's a good one. Some of the health stuff is not always clear to me (ex. HSA's, additional taxes & so forth). Should not the QEC recipient be entered in the tax software somewhere? Seems strange to me that the IRS doesn't request this data.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming

I have always used this program going all the way back to when it was TaxCut. I’ve never had a problem. This year I tried to use the HR Block online, it is quite different so I just went back to this.
