The software kept pointing to the wrong file for 2023, i kept getting errors submitting my 2024 taxes, I was able to access the right 2023 file after 8 attempts.
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to import documents

It's very disappointing that you push online taxes so hard over downloaded software. Even paying extra for ublimited downloads only allows for 2 years of access while audits can happen up to 7 years after.
With the actual software, not all federal forms are supported. I wound up having to find and fill out some forms on my own.
There also needs to be a Linux version. Microsoft Windows has turned into malware and people are moving into Linux as an alternative. I was Windows only ever since 3.1, and now only have Linux machines in my house, except one dual boot machine that I only kept Windows on until I could see if I could make your software work on Linux. I wasn't able to, so next year I will try a competitor.

Cons: Hard to import documents

Product is easy to use, however absolutely useless when it comes to filing. 2 years in a row, my taxes have been rejected because my spouses pin does not match the IRS pin. You provide no answers on how to fix this!

The deluxe package I purchased was ok but leaves many open questions regarding investments. Granted the tax code is complicated regarding some investments but the software really didn't help too much to make it more straight forward.
