So far, year after year this tax program has been very good. The only problem I encountered this year, 2024, was when I wanted to file my federal taxes and have them send me a bill later for the amount owed, there was not clear instructions on how to do that. That was very vague with no guidance.

when using the PA tax return I could not find the spot to add cash tips as income. the selections or prompts did not seem to mention cash tip amounts. i needed to enter that amount because I was able to on the federal return. I found the form to edit in PA return but could not do so because I hit the finish button prior to noticing the cash tips were not pulled in from Federal return.
