I purchased this as I usually do every year. I didn't realize that the state was not included. So that was purchased separately. Then I was not able to e-file my state tax, and had to mail it. This was a shocker for me.

The questionnaire format makes filing a return very easy as you aren't just looking at forms and trying to decide if something applies to your situation. Also, carrying over the information to the state return cuts down on potential errors. Finally, using the same software every year makes entering information faster since many of the forms are partially pre-filled with the prior year's information. Love it and no audits thus far!

Some things were not clear - for example, on 1099 Misc, box 10 was greyed out and wouldn't let me enter a number. However, the directions still told me to enter a number in box 10!
Pros: Easy to prepare
