Disappointed this year

I've been using H&R Block since I've been doing my Income Tax return using software since the 1990s. I would normally give a 5-star rating for an excellent product. I was tempted to give this year's a 1 star or lower, only because THIS YEAR instead of just notifying me once that my efile return has been sent and accepted, I have been spammed every 5 minutes for the past 9 hours with requests to fill out this survey. ENOUGH!
Pros: Easy to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Over 100 notifications

I filed my federal and state returns yesterday. As of this morning i have received over 100 email notifications that I had filed, or my return had been accepted. I fear something is wrong!
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents

I received 36 emails that my return was successfully submitted your 2021 return
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming

The software did everything expected

Worked fine. Did everything it was supposed to and e-filing was easy. BUT you really didn't need to send me 17 messages telling me it was submitted successfully then 17 more messages that it was accepted by the IRS.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents

Still getting confirmation emails 10 hours later.

Just finished using this software 10 hours ago and my email address is being bombarded with automated confirmation emails stating my tax returns have been accepted. It’s 3:30 am and 57 emails so far, all stating the same thing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Dozens of emails sent

After I submitted my Federal and State tax returns, H&R Block overloaded my email with repeated messages saying “completed” and “accepted.” Obviously, poor quality control and software. Very disappointed.

Emails won't stop

I have been very happy with the software for the last 13 years. But now I am constantly getting emails that my return has been accepted. Tried to find an email or someone to ask if there is something I can do because it's filling up my main inbox. But all I could find was a daytime phone number.

Usually a great program

I bought this program like I have for years. I had to do an amended return and directions were very confusing. Also, I’ve just received 14 emails saying the same thing.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!
