Terrible email response

I keep getting email after email telling me my return has been accepted. Why all the spamming?

Didn't have an issue until I submitted my federal. Since I submitted my federal have received 47 emails telling me I have submitted o or that is been recieved, and that's just in the last 14 hours. Totally unacceptable. I don't know if it's been submitted multiple times or the program is junk this year.
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Get too many emails

Get 4 emails every 30 minutes saying that my federal and state return was submitted and accepted. It is annoying. Have used this for years. This needs to be fixed or I will never use or recommend again.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast

Your Software Bug

I completed and filed federal and state returns yesterday. Since then I have been receiving about 5 pairs of e-mails per hour (maybe 40 by now) telling me that my returns had been successfully submitted. I think you have a software problem.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast
I would recommend this to a friend!

No problems just like previous years except my email inbox is filling up with automated messages every hour repeatedly! The same ones. Efiled successfully. Efiled accepted. Please make it stop!

It is simple and easy to use. Way easier than filling out this review form.
And for some reason this year after I submitted my taxes, I have been receiving constant emails saying that my taxes have been submitted.

Transfer of data from Federal to State

Did not transfer Property Tax to NJ. And did not transfer NYS non-resonate tax information to NJ
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

Filing notification bug

Software ok but have received over 30 confirmations federal and state returns have been filled. Clearly a bug somewhere. Now waiting apox 30 minutes for online chat
