Pretty Simple to File your Taxes

Very easy to follow interview format. However, after filing my Federal and State taxes, I have gotten approximately 30 repeating emails saying that I submitted my forms and that the respective agencies have accepted my tax forms. There is a glitch in the software on the website end, causing repeated emailings.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast
I would recommend this to a friend!

Poor notification management

After I submitted my tax return, HRBlock email system continues bombarding my email box with same confirmations more than 20 times. Poor communication management!
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

After completing my taxes (with no problems) and submitting them I am now getting bombarded with 4 emails every hour (it's been 10 hours) telling me I have submitted both my Federal and State forms and that they have been accepted. There is no way I can see other than this feedback to try to get them to stop

the return has sent an email saying the return has been submitted and approved at least 25 times. There is a charge for the Colorado return that only shows up when the return was originally filed. How can I get this resolved?
Cons: Time consuming

Software Glitch - Continuous E-mail Notification

I have received over 50 e-mails notifying me that my e-filing has been accepted.
I continue to receive these e-mails. This software needs an update of its forms which waste paper. My state requires a copy of my Fed return & the # of pages won't fit in a business envelope. IRS forms are much more compact.
