I Have been purchasing the software for years. it is easy to use and i have found it a good value.
I wish I could down load some of the tax information i receive electronically. I had to purchase a new computer and i have not been able to transfer the tax software and past tax data to easy. This might be because I down disk to move the order programs over. i not even sure if i can down load old returns using the newest loaded thee program on line and have no paper work to reference

Great product. Would need H&R Block to think on improving and better defining tax form specifics. Need to upload a W-2s...no mention of needing one, where to get one, how to fill it out...until after you've put in the credit card information to e-file. If you self-assigned a security code, and have an IP-PIN, good luck, there's no direction on which one to use, where to use it, to get your federal form through. Good product, recommended, and hoping some of these ideas gain traction.

There seemed to be a glitch when submitting my MA return electronically. When asked to file federal I responded to file electronically and was told I would be asked about the state later and to continue. I continued and filed the federal but when I got to the state it would only give me the option to file via paper! The last thing I wanted to do on April 15! I completed my taxes in February but waited till April 15 to file since I owed the fed and state a large amount. It took me 2 hours to complete my return and 4+ hours to file and pay the state manually!

I'm Ray, Frank's son. Where another electronic filing program failed, H&R Block Deluxe 2024 passed. Although there were some hiccups in understanding some of the information requested, the program offered alternatives that worked. With all the turmoil around changes and things not working as they are supposed to, H&R's program was a sigh of relief.
