Great Tax Software

I have been using HR Block tax software for many years now .. always easy to use and just works :) Sure beats the old days with paper forms and a pen ..
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast
I would recommend this to a friend!

Disappointing deduction amount

I computed a larger general sales tax deduction using the IRS website form. However, when I attempted to override, I learned that I wouldn’t be able to e-file. Great

A problem exists with form 1099-B. It doesn't match up with what is sent out by brokers wo I have to get creative to avoid errors. I am probably doing something wrong but no complaints from the IRS.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!

Need flexability

I bought the Deluxe version for my taxes, but would really like to be able to switch to the simple version using the same software to do taxes for others.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

Joint vs separate filing

The calculations are way off. The form doesn’t ‘ foot’. Shows no taxes due on 80k
