Tax time is a lot less painful

Used HR block for both my and son’s tax returns. Easy to import information from last year and direct and simple to use.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very helpful but terrible search feature

Very helpful software but the search feature is unsatisfactory and needs to be improved. You have to be very literal and/or exact to get a search result and the program does not provide any search results when just using simpler search terms.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
Cons: Time consuming
I would recommend this to a friend!

The following number of days are entered:
159: Personal use / Days used as main home
170: Days rented
36: Days offered for rent but not rented (and no personal use)

However, it shown 0 "Personal Use Days" on line 2, in Schedule E.
Pros: Easy to import documents

unable to upload my Charles Schwab accounts. Efiled but isn't showing return was filed when go in to check status
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

Purchased in December but had to wait for statements to complete. Software worked well.

Can't update software

Not happy. Program will not update and can't do state until I do. Went ahead and file the federal which was rejected for some reason. Have been using this program since 2006 with 0 issues. Things just don't make since this year.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund

Great program but it charged me twice

I was at the end about to e-file, when it took my card information and started to go through then it said it had to update. After it updated it took me back to the card information and charged me again.
