Most of the Software Stabilizes Early Most Years

I typically buy the software in December, and enter my information as available, while performing program updates as available. I can normally confirm my outcome by early February, shortly after having received all of my source documents and forms, though some risk remains until the software is finalized. Fortunately, the late changes are generally on esoteric topics and don't impact me.

I've been using this product for several years...and it seems like the exact same technical glitches happen every year. Why haven't these been fixed? Doesn't anyone test these products out prior to release? Every year there's a late update, that will not update despite repeated tries. And one would think that when they purchase a "Federal and State" version, that it might come with the State portion at no charge, but apparently that is not the case.
Pros: Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The program worked okay. My only problem was the accuracy check at the end. It took me to a supposed problem but then did not allow me to fix it. It should be clearer on how a problem can be fixed.
