Poor results

Even though I entered my SS earnings it submitted my return without it and had to submit an amended return. Now my income tax refund is delayed I always get my refund the second week of February now will probably wait forever.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

IMPORT DIFFICULTIES

All went well except did not import from last years return and had to reenter all data. Also photo of W-2 created review issues that required reentering manually.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents

I buy your H&R Block every year and just love using it to do our Federal and State taxes!

Software does not allow me to print copy of return

The software did everything well except allowing me to print a copy of my return. I have tried numerous ways to to print the forms it electronically submitted to both Federal and state agencies. Because of a dispute on my Federal return, I need a printed copy and have been unable to print. Online help keeps stopping midway through explanation process.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Truly Outstanding Tax Software Product

I have successfully used this tax preparation software for many years. It is easy to understand and find answers to my questions. It is also reasonably priced, A great tool for a very complex tax filing system.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast

I really like this process...and yet I have a suggestion. I have several account numbers with one company for retirement. I wished that I would have been able to copy or duplicate my income entry and just update the account number and the income number. I had to type in ALL the company information four times. That cannot be just me.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
