Extraordinarily disappointed that I paid for a tax package that should allow me to file my federal return, and it didn’t. The error I got seemed to indicate that the IRS already had a tax return for me, and I confirmed with the IRS they did not. I had to end up submitting my return via mail which I was trying to avoid in the first place.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Lacking info on use of 1099-K for third party pay

It would have been nice to have more assistance with the new rules using the 1099-K for third party pay such as EBAY, VENMO. It ask you if it's taxable or non-taxable income but doesn't ask any other questions to determine if the income is taxable or non-taxable. If you sell something for less than you purchased it for this is considered non-taxable income but to determine this you have to fill out another form.
Pros: Easy to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!
