2 OF MY RETURNS DISAPPEARED. I HAVE PAPER COPIES AND AN ACCEPTANCE EMAIL BUT ALL THE INFO IS GONE.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

I've used H&R Block Deluxe Software for years and will continue to do so. It is easy to use, and the ability to import data from the previous year is a real time saver. My only criticism (why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5) is that the forms are very small and hard to see on my screen, and I have never been able to enlarge them to make filling them out easier.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

I've been using HR Tax Deluxe with State for several years. I am retired with social security, pensions, investments and an annual IRA distribution. I find the product easy to use and to understand. Not having a Windows 7 program makes file issues very difficult.
