We have used for several years now, started with turbo tax, but not only trusted the H & R block name more, but found the app more user intuitive easier. Still too much reading required, need more updated help bubbles, like most newer online services, but still recommend and will re-purchase regularly !
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming

This program makes doing my taxes a lot easier but I had a problem with importing information and having it double the actual amount of gains. I think this is a software bug and I can’t figure out who at Block to talk to about it

I have been using Tax Cut for years and was very surprised by the error that incorrectly added a penalty tax for excess accumulation of a retirement account payment that was fully and properly recorded. The error was finally corrected on April 13, but never should have happened in the first place.
