Works well, except filing for anextension. Everytime I do, Block says it was rejected, but when I check the IRS web site, it says the extension was filed.

Everything worked great except the estimated tax calculation process was confusing and didn't seem correct. But I was able to get the information from the internet. Also, it would be great if you could get the estimated taxes due for the State as well, which was not available.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents

I had moved my 2022 fiile from one computer to another via a usb thumb drive. After completing my 2023 tax the software only saved the 2023 file on that thumb drive. Turns out I also couldn't find a printed copy. For starting the 2024 tax the previous year file was nowhere to be found. The software could be more clear about where it's saving the files and how to chose where to back them up. There was stuff carried forward for a rental property that is needed from the previous year. Had to try to recreate the 2023 file so the 2024 software could extract the previous rental info. Also requested a trascript of the 2023 tax from the IRS to refer to. Needed the exact previous year AGM from the transcript. Anyway 2024 tax is done sent and accepted so all is well.
I would recommend this to a friend!
