Overall, I like the software. I feel like it is actually helpful and makes sure you have all your information entered. HOWEVER, it would be nice if after I saved my information and then added a piece of information I didn't have previously, say for a Schedule C business expense, that I did not have to go through the rest of the 'interview' process for the entire return all over again. THAT I could skip.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
I would recommend this to a friend!

Used the interview process to quickly create my now simple return. very efficient. Two complaints - it was very difficult to break out and then return to the same spot when I needed to do so. Second, I needed to send a check to the IRS, but the software did not lead me to the proper form for the payment. This should have been far simpler, or automatic.

I have used this product for quite a few years now and it has become easier and easier the more I become familiar with it. The only issue I do have is the add-on causes for things that I wish I could just purchase outright in the initial purchase of the software. (Sending my state tax electronically) But other than that, it is very easy to use and understand.
