I only have 2 issues with my taxes on HRB this year. I did my son's tax, and he had 2 rollover accounts last year. HRB told me we could only do one in a calendar year. The policy started on 01/01/2025 and didn't apply yet.
When I did my tax and tried to E-file it, it was rejected due to not having the IP PIN, 6 digit number on it. I guess HRB didn't see the rejection, but if they did, they did nothing to help me. I finally figure out that I had to access my IRS account to find this number.
I'm still happy to use HRB though.

Everything came together well. I wish there was a way to deal with Michigan. The requirement to e-file with a charge is a hidden tax that is unfair in many ways. It would also be handy if a tool could project required withholding based on newly filed return, rather than estimate for a WAG.

Things seem to be quite buggy this year. Also state experience overall isn’t very smart and very bare-bone.

I did have some difficulties using the program. Had to call for help 3 times. Also, there was a mistake on my state taxes that the program did...I just transferred information from federal to state. The state caught the error and my refund was lower that you said it would be.

I have been using this product for over 5 years now. It has always made the chore of doing taxes easier. Not sure if it is catching all that I can deduct but overall I like using this product. I have never had a return challenged for review by the IRS so that is always good to know.

I liked the product. First year using. Turbo tax automatically calculated next tears estimated tax payments. With Block, I had to re enter information.
